SMS as a second channel

SMS conversion rates run 5 to 10 times higher than email for transactional messages. We layer SMS through Klaviyo SMS, Postscript or Attentive on top of email flows. Cart abandonment, low-stock alerts, post-purchase delivery updates and VIP-only offers run best on SMS. Compliance handled properly with explicit opt-in and clear unsubscribe.

Deliverability monitoring

Sending volume is meaningless if the email lands in spam. We monitor inbox placement through GlockApps Spam Test, MX Toolbox blacklist monitoring, and Google Postmaster Tools for sender reputation. List hygiene runs every quarter (or more often for cold senders): bounce removal, role-based address suppression, validation through ZeroBounce or NeverBounce.
